Unodot es una mezcla de ilusión, emoción, persistencia y amor por lo que se hace. Es pensar que las cosas se pueden hacer de una manera distinta a lo que estamos acostumbrados y encontrar nuevos caminos para hacerlo. Es ver que el diseño es un vehículo para materializar ideas, integrar sueños en productos, contar la historia de las personas que de una u otra manera están implicados en ellos; los que los diseñan, los que los elaboran y los que los usan.

 

Nuestro trabajo comienza con la transformación de la madera, donde manos Colombianas fabrican productos pensados para hogares en la actualidad, con diseños no sólo estéticos si no también funcionales. Utilizamos maderas certificadas de bosques cultivados, aportando a nuestros productos un alto valor de responsabilidad social y ambiental en cuanto al consumo. Manejamos tres tipos de maderas: Madera de Teca, madera de Roble - Flor Morado y madera de Pino. Materiales de excelente calidad que pueden ser incluidos en mobiliario tanto de interior como de exterior, ofreciendo además una alta durabilidad. 

 

 

 

Our History

Unodot is a mixture of excitement, emotion, persistence and love for what we do. We think that things can be done differently to what we are used to and we strive find new ways to do so. Our philosophy is that the design is a vehicle to materialize ideas, integrating dreams into products  and tell the story of the people who in one way or another are involved with it, those who design, those who produce and those who use them.

 

Our work begins with the transformation of the wood, where Colombian hands manufactured homes designed for today, but also with functional products not only aesthetic designs. Use of cultivated forests certified woods, bringing our products to a high value of social responsibility and environmental in consumption. We handle three types of wood: Teak wood - Oak Flower Purple and Pine wood. Excellent quality materials that can be included in furniture both indoor and outdoor, also offering high durability.
